Brachyscome formosa ‘Pilliga Posy’

Botanical Name: Brachyscome formosa 'Pilliga Posy'

Common Name: Cut Leaf Daisy, Native Daisy

Average Height (cm): 30

Average Width (cm): 50

Description:

A low-growing, lightly suckering form of Brachyscome with attractive rosettes of soft green foliage and daisy-like pink flowers that have a charming droopy character.

Garden Design Uses:

This Brachyscome is ideal for the edges of flowering borders where you need something small that won’t encroach on a path. It is small and polite when growing around other plants – suckering lightly and not overpowering or smothering it’s neighbours. It is also hardy and flowers for much of the year, but particularly in spring. Often can appear to almost die down in winter but will bounce back with the spring rains.

Care:

Prefers full sun to light shade. Drought-tolerant once established. Low maintenance and unbothered by pests.
