A graceful perennial with grass-like foliage and oh so soft and pretty purple, fringed flowers. The delicate blooms appear in clusters and bring a soft elegance to gardens.

Perfect for pollinator gardens, flowering borders, or wildflower meadows. It provides a soft contrast to more structured plants – for example you could use the grass like habit and pretty fluffy flowers held high on the stems to contrast with tightly pruned balls of correa or eremophila. It would also contrast well with low growing groundcovers. In wildflower meadows it is the ideal companion to native grasses as it will blend right in until it makes a striking floral statement in the spring.

Thrives in sandy, well-drained soils with full sun. Requires minimal watering once established. Prune spent flower stems to maintain a tidy appearance.
